"Truly disappointed on the service and “regulations” of this spot. I used to love this spot even after they once lost my card. Anyways tried going with a group of friends and one our guy friends had had low pants with a belt. The security guy named Albert said he couldn’t go in because he was sagging. My friend said ok okay no problems, pulled up his pants and tighten his belt still wasn’t allowed in. I asked to speak with his manager. Lied and said he was. Went inside and spoke with the general manager, Amber. Explained the whole situation and said. “Yeah it depends how they come in”.Workers need to be able to explain why not just day “ go to our website”. A nice explanation would of been helpful and understanding."
