"After a long time we were again in Shinshu with the Kasai family. I'm giving this 4 stars with a downward trend. Reasons for the deduction: 50 minutes of waiting time until the starter was there and it was then swapped with another table, so another 10 minutes of waiting time. The sushi rolls in particular were beautifully crafted. In terms of taste, however, 5 stars as usual. My wife's drink was also delivered incorrectly. Our table next door couldn't order sushi at 7:45 p.m. because the rice was out. That shouldn't happen on a Saturday either. Therefore, well-intentioned 4 stars in the hope that this was just an exceptional phenomenon.
