"We stopped in for dinner at Aposto on a weeknight as it was very close to our apartment. I ordered Calamari on our servers endorsement and my wife ordered Lasagna. The Calamari came to the table in a reasonable amount of time but not with...the Lasagna. We waited for the Lasagna to show but I ended up eating my Calamari as they were getting cold. The Calamari was the chewiest I have ever had, enough said. After 40 minutes the Lasagna still had not shown. We watched people get served that came in well after us but we still waited. The restaurant was not full although there was quite a bar crowd watching football. Finally after more than an hour since ordering, I went and found the waitress and demanded an explanation. She was very apologetic and the Lasagna finally showed up several minutes later. The waitress did offer us a free Tiramisu and the Lasagna was very good but it did not make up for the overall experience of not being served together, the poor quality Calamari and the extremely long wait. I felt sorry for the waitress as it did not seem to be her fault."
