"Smooth check in, friendly front desk personnel. Nice room with comfortable king size bed and well-stocked bathroom. Decent size desk to work and big screen television. Speedy elevators. Everyone I met that worked at this hotel was engaging and friendly. Great lobby. Good salmon for dinner at the restaurant. Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants and the sites in downtown. Do not remember the nice woman at the front desk that gave me an umbrella so I could walk to a nearby restaurant in the rain. Edward, Laticia , and Gary (See photo) were wonderful in the lobby area. I would ignore the lousy reviews. Nice hotel."

"My husband and I love this place. During our last visit earlier this month, I really felt short changed. My husband always orders this bacon fat drink and it comes with a garnish of blueberries on a stick. I think it even mentions this on the menu. Well the young bartender with the 1980's Richard Marx hairdo failed to put this garnish (or any garnish) on my husband's drink. This may sound like no big deal. But when you drive from Shawnee to pay a hefty price to get a fancy drink at an elegant bar, I think that I have a right to be disappointed."

"Thanks to the hannah, our server and the staff in the cafe cuvee and the botschafter that it is such a great culinary experience. hannah was efficient and thoughtful during the meal, combined with the wonderful eating made it for a wonderful birthday dinner. we are coming back to the final. the French woofer soup is the hands we've ever had. the whole meal was delicious!"
