"This place is very cool. they have a great selection of unique whiskys and a great menu. Although it is not on the menu, they will pour them a flight of 4, 1oz for $30. not bad! her burger was amazing and my wife said the chicken sandwich was fantastic. they also have a big ice sunk for my birthday, so this is a plus! great ambiente and friendly staff connects it all together. Thank you!"

"Village Bistro is a favorite place of mine to meet friends for lunch. The food is consistently good and there's enough variety to please most anyone. I also appreciate that the staff never rushes you. That said, we started off with a great server and then were turned over to another one, who we had to flag down a couple of times for coffee refills. I'll definitely return and just hope to get a good server, as I have had on every other visit the past few years."

"The greek salad is literally the bomb dot com. SOOO GOOD. i always beg my mom to take me there. THE FRIED ARE SO FRESH AND PERFECT. never going to mcdonald’s again. they never forget to give you a fork or extra ketchup (which annoys me when people do). great customer service too. this will always be my fav restaurant"

"It was the worst service I've ever had! There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and the bar was incredibly noisy it was impossible to hear what my husband said just across the table! Other tables around us complained to the manager about the lack of service and they received their food free however my husband and I didn't complain because we didn't want to get the waitress in trouble. We asked for bread and never received it and we didn't receive our drinks until our food was brought out. The food was pretty good not what you would expect for the prices you pay and in total we were there ever two hours and we didn't even get dessert because we just wanted to leave by that point!"

"It’s date night and you want to impress that special someone. Village California Bistro (really a mouthful of a name, if you ask me) is a place worth considering. They’re a bit on the pricier side (it IS on $antana Row), but they feature some interesting dishes (think New American fare). Get a glass of Chardonnay with a fish or perhaps a nice Pinot and some lamb. The locale is perfect for after-dinner drinks/dancing which can be had down the street."
