"Chose The Foundry for a large party (22 people) and will not be doing so again. Made a reservation nearly two months in advance for 6pm on a Saturday. When we got there we were told “ few more minutes” and asked to wait on the patio. It was 6:30 when we were sat. No one offered us drinks. I asked the hostess if the appetizers that i preordered would be ready when we got inside and she assured me they would be but they were weren’t. Our server didn’t even know about them. We sat to no water or silverware on the table and had to put the order in for appetizers. I asked if I a manager could come by during the meal so I could figure out what happened and no one ever came over. The one positive of the experience that earned this review 2 stars instead of 1 was our server. She tried so hard to make up for the experience and did a fantastic job. Everyone’s orders were correct and came out in a timely manner and she was great with making sure our drinks were always full. Also, I would give some leeway had the restaurant been very busy since it was a weekend evening but that just wasn’t the case. There were several empty tables and my party was the only one waiting outside to be seated."

"It's really not that bad, the chicken felt fresh, and was packed with flavor. Only gripe i had was with the bread, way too dry and the bread wasn't as fresh. Definitely coming again though."

"Service is atrocious. Took my order and vanished for an hour. Entree arrived but not the included salad. Check didn't arrive and since I wasn't seeing the servers couldn't ask if they brought it or I went to front. Went to front where I waited for 45 minutes to pay because card rung incorrectly for party ahead of me. Cashier kept telling her come back another day for refund (she was from Canada) she rightly insisted they give her the refund. Cashier kept shaking his head as if it was her fault. No one seems to care about anything in that establishment. If you dropped dead there no one would notice or care."

"Preordered and used the drive through window that I have often noticed in use (weekly commute). The food was in heat retaining foil enclosures and plenty hot. The break down into separate containers was interesting and helped preserve rice for instance from excessive softness from sumptuous tender chicken (omg). Came with ample size bagged chips and ok size salsa containers one for each entree. So good you will want to get extras! Good food!"

"A really cool counter top sandwich chain very good alternative to Subway for Vegetarians. Love the idea of marking all ingredients/recipes in a paper bag. Like the vegetarian option of Black Bean Patty. The sauces have a palatable taste to them. Points for cleanliness and very welcoming staff."
