"We had a delicious pasta with olives and a brown rice dish with mushrooms, beans and salad. It was simply heaven! Real whole foods prepared with love, no fast food crap. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very vivid and nice. It was the best vegan food we have had in the US so far and have tried many vegan places! Right next door is a new vegan treat place that opened and belongs to this one. We got the best cheese cake and vegan ice cram there!"

"I booked this restaurant together with my goddaughter for her mother’s retirement party because it’s very well located specially for those who work at the international liberty Newark airport in Newark, nj . Well at the beginning everything was very slow and I even got up and asked for the waiter/ waitress assistance but once the amazing appetizers started coming out I was very delighted. The package we chose included the appetizers garlic shrimps, Portuguese sausage, calamari and clams. Then the choice of the main course was amazing paella, paella valenciana, chicken Marsala, steak, salmon even the dessert choice flan, creme brûlée, chocolate mouse, rice pudding they were all delicious options and great portions. So if you are in Newark, NJ please go and eat there."

"Great food, well seasoned, adequately priced, and bigger than expected portions. Good beer selection, too. There was a live band that was a bit too close to the tables and a bit too loud, but it didn't take away from the experience too much. We'll be sitting inside next time."

"To eat at Stone Balloon and our waiter is Peter. His customer service is PHENOMENAL. He is so aware of the menu and what works well together. My partner didn't know what to choose beer to put his acquired taste, but Peter quickly called him a beer he enjoyed! He gave great advice and recommendations and made our experience so pleasant! Thank you. Definitely will be back"

"This store has been open for some time, but we've only gone in a few times for their wonderful desserts. Last Saturday we finally decided to eat a dinner there. As expected the food was incredible. We started with empanadas- they were obviously fresh and delicious. Our dinners came out a few minutes later. I had roast pork with black beans. The meat was tender and juicy. My girlfriend had the beef stew with yellow rice, and it was also excellent. Everything was fresh tasting and hot. Angie herself cooked the food. Her husband served us- everyone was gracious and pleasant. The place was neat and clean. We will probably go back again tonight. Hello, Angie!"

"5.0 star rating 8/24/2016 My first time here...can't believe I didn't know this little gem was there. Food delicious... all the staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. I got the yucca with peppers and onions, maduros and the juiciest, savory grilled chicken I've had in forever. Portions were generous. Price VERY reasonable. Clean, open, nice atmosphere. We went early to beat lunch crowd... good thing because as we were leaving, the line was out the door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
