"Update: I think they have taken a lot from the menu. Power Bowls can no longer be available. I know they serve avocado toast. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone, but first call before you leave. This is a hidden gem in the Plaza Tower in downtown. I took a picture of a part of their menu, but they do not offer power-body shots that are fantastic. They now serve cold, but I would recommend that they heat up the bowl as the quinoa tastes better warm, IMO. Cool relaxed hipster atmosphere, really unique and beautiful to find in Tyler. "Service was exceptionally poor this evening. We waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order and that was only because we got up to complain. A couple came in 20 minutes after we ordered and got each course prior to ours including drinks, appetizers, dinner etc. We are not even offered dessert. The hostess had to wait on us so we felt a little bad because we assumed they were just busy. To our surprise when we walked outside that was not the case. All the wait staff were in a like to have body art drawn on them for the evening. I expected way better service for a dinner meal with a price tag of $125! Not once did management come by and apologize so that leads me to believe they are part of the problems as well. We have had great experiences in the past but I am not sure we will return."
