"I do recommend this place. This is probably the best sushi I ever had. We try the jalapeno one and we also try the one name hot as hell and it was literally so hard that it make me sweat but well worth the sweat and the price. If you go during happy hour you'll find many options but if you do not want to buy from the happy hour menu the regular menu is actually pretty decent for the quality of the fish and the service I will get. Price 4/5 Place 5/5 Service 4/5"

"There are many vegan roles to choose as well as appetizers. I used to live in Japan, so I'm a really big Snot when it comes to American Tofu (it's just not the same!!! , but the goma tofu app had a new texture that I actually liked. Your veggie role is super, but only $5.50 4-7p every day! You can't find this price in Seattle, especially at a hip like this. Service was perfect."

"Good food. We couldn't get the cooking table, so we sat at the bar and got three grandmakase. The food was good, but nothing that wore me 600 bucks for three Grandmakase and two drinks. The 15 pieces came in group of 3 4 pieces. The first pieces had the rice at perfect temperature. Lightly warm, but the later dishes had rice somehow cold. The service at the bar was excellent and made the dinner experience. Overall, if I go back, I would get the cooking table or order something else from the menu."

"This place is the best sushi on cap hill bar none. It is better, less expensive, and less crowded than momiji. The chefs are very knowledgeable and personable. I chatted with Jason who recommended my new favorite sashimi (kanpachi). From the rest of the menu I've only had the takoyaki but it was the best I've had in Seattle so if that is any indication it isnt only sushi and sashimi they do well. If you're looking for sushi on the hill this is where you need to go."
