"We arrived and we’re politely greeted and told to sit upstairs. We ordered our food and it took at reasonably good time to come. However, when we got it my chips and Apple Pie were great but when I opened up my burger it had...a unfortunate mistake. I had customized it to have three beef bits, two large tomatoes and the buns. It was covered in cheese with no tomatoes. We asked the staff to help us and they kindly did. But, then after waiting for a while, we discovered that the second burger was also the wrong order. The others around me were happy with their food but there straws weren’t very good. Thank you for everything."
