"I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this store is the worst Panda Express I've been to. It is not set up to handle the quantity of customers it handles, and as such everything is slapped together. Getting a whole stick of celery, due to hasty and poor chopping is not uncommon. And then at the end of the shift, with 1 hour left til close, they will not make anymore food, and would rather watch dozens of potential customers leave empty-handed. I won't be coming back, despite its close proximity to my home. I'd rather drive to the Redwood store, or even go to a proper Chinese food restaurant."

"Very cozy and familiar place, exquisite food and friendly staff, definitely a great experience! If you go om a weekend be prepared to wait around 45 min to an hour, because it can be pretty busy. Love this place ?"

"Fantastic place! I've been drinking tea at the grotto since they first opened their original location. I've done a lot of great studying and writing/composing there thanks to the wonderful atmosphere. I've also made some very good friends through the tea grotto! Keep up the good work!"

"Expansive menu. Plenty of familiar and adventurous selections. Passes the ma po tofu test. Delicious and spicy if you ask. Friendly service, communication difficult but worth the effort. Steamed mini pork dumplings good but took longer to prepare than some entrees so arrived late. They provided a pirouline (sp) type of cookie with the bill, which helped diffuse all the hot oil from ma po tofu. Will go back to try something new."
