"Kenzo typically has decent ramen along with some standard Japanese snacks like onigiri and gyoza. This was my first time ordering from this location and it was pretty underwhelming compared to other locations I've had.I ordered the Netsu Ramen, chicken onigiri, and gyoza. The Netsu was good although I felt like they could have given more broth. The onigiri is great but a little overpriced at $4/pc. The gyoza, which is usually my favourite dish they serve, was terrible compared to the other locations I've had. The fried bottom was unevenly cooked and very soggy when getting take out.With so many amazing ramen options downtown this Kenzo location can be easily skipped."

"Really cute and great place! I came with a group of people (5 people) on a Friday night, and we were seated immediately. There is great variety on the menu; it definitely has a more Chinese/Japanese fusion feel. My friend, who has a very high spice tolerance, got a fire tonkatsu. He initially wanted level 8 spice, but the server recommended him to start at a level 3. Boy was she right...that is spicy! She was really sweet though and came consistently with water as he was dying. It was great and I will definitely come back."

"Their soup base was really flavorful but not too rich. The service was good. You can able to choose the noodle's doneness, adding chicken oil, or soup's richness. By the way, I've ordered so many times on doordash. It's definitely one of the best ramen restaurant in Richmond."
