"Faded Glory about the sum of Red Lobster, Naples. In our opinion, not excessively clean and necessary to wipe cutlery before use. They refused to say on our booking for OpenTable points, we were just on a waiting list and they do not take reservations. Probably 15 years since our last visit and restaurant had not changed. Food was okay and the prices were good. The best was the wine!"

"They first sat us in a booth and when we asked to sit at a regular table the hostess rudely reacted and threw the menus on the table. We should have left right there and then. The food was horrible and greasy. It was of us. Four plates came out and I was told they were working on my shrimp to peel. Really? Working on what? My meal arrived like minutes after the other have started. The shrimp was warm and smelled and tasted horrible. Told the waiter I did not want it anymore and he took it back. We also returned a lobster soup that also smelled foul and tasted horrible. The place was empty on a Friday night and now we know why. The pasta was swimming in an inch of oil. I give this place months"

"Overall really poor experience with the food period. My server was good and really tried but i had cold soup that he had to re- heat times. Salad was served with brown edges on the lettuce which he re made. The food came out with no seasoning after we are for extra Cajun. The seaside trio came out cold and overall the dinner was disappointing. I did ask drew to have a manager come only to give praise for his effort and how hard he tried but even with that he had to say something to her twice which was a disappointment. After all that i waited to get my bill to see if there. Would be any consideration for our experience and it wasn’t which was a another disappointment. I wanted to pay my bill then let them know how poor i thought it was to see if the manager would do the right thing and they did not. So i paid my plus dollar bill and the company can have that but it won’t get anymore dollars due the lack of care. The manager didn’t even offer a dessert or to take my soup that had to be re-heated times off. I dont generally frequent red lobster and i will surely not frequent this one again. Overall poor service, food, and experience."

"We were looking forward to Crabfest, but found that the prices were much higher than we anticipated. The salmon with ginger-soy glaze was moist and delicious; the Caesar salad was good. Iâve certainly had better seafood gumbo, as this roux was quite light and bland. All in all, this was not an exceptional dining experience, although the service from Telluah was excellent!"

"First let me just say that service was exceptional and we (party of five) seated promptly on a Sunday. The menu we were given had specials we couldnât order from cause it was new and started the next day. No cole slaw, lobster bisque too cheesy and gross, clam chowder mediocre at best, and scallops very small and tasteless very bland covered in too much butter. For the quality the value was not worth it. Would not return for the food. Our waiter was pleasant, outgoing, personable, and refilled drinks timely."
