"Came here on a Wednesday night for a work dinner with a group of 8. we ordered a few appetizers to garnel afteros, bang and start the goat cheese. all three were good. I ordered one of the salads (I forget the names, but it had apples, dried cirches, etc. and added salmon. the salmon tasted great and was a decent portion size. the salat itself was only in order, I would not order it again. many of my teammates ordered the Korean bark shell and really liked it (but it was sharp."

"Our server was absolutely awful. She took drinks, which she didn’t know how to ring in and had to ask a coworker, forgot to put our appetizer in, and then didn’t come back to the table for over 20 minutes. Asked us how the drinks were, then was going to walk away. Didn’t ask about food, we had to tell her. Put the food in, then didn’t come back to ask us how it was. We wanted another round of drinks and had to find another waitress to take our order because ours was no where to be found. Then we had to waive her down to pay our bill. She hovered over us when she gave the machine to tab out. We enjoy five west. But if I get her as a server again, i will request a different waitress."

"Went for the Valentine's day special and even made a reservation a week in advance. They ran out of the special by our 7:30 reservation. That was the reason we had picked The Loop for Valentine's day and it was disappointing that they ran out so soon. It made them seem very unprepared for the holiday."
