"My husband and I were there to our 35-year anniversary on the 4th. December 2017 to celebrate. Our meal was delicious, our waitress was great. Very attentive not excessive. We were treated with chocolate covered strawberries with a happy anniversary written on the plate. After we had returned our ck with a glass of Chapagne for us. We felt very special. We have been back several times for other reasons and have never been missed."

"It has been awhile since I dined at the Mill on the River. I just retired and my boss wanted to take me out for dinner; I wanted to show her a nice CT restaurant before she flew back to NC. The Mill did not disappoint; I had the Toscano salad and scallops on risotto. Yum! The table provided the perfect setting near a cozy fireplace. The service was attentive and friendly. I’m definitely going back!"
