"Incredible African cuisine, never had it before and I can confirm the flavours are insane! It's a great place to share a number of plates with a small group, trust me you'll want to try everything on the menu anyway, so this is perfect! The waitress was also super friendly. 100% recommend all the dishes I had, which were Cauliflowers don't have wings the texture and flavour is something else Mogo chips Ringna bateta nu shaak Grilled masala fish Lamb kalio Mandazi Kulfi donuts for desert"

"Oh wow went here for dinner. We were recommended to come here by a waitress at the salt room (also a great place). The dover sole with butter was to die for. The seafood risotto also excellent. The atmosphere was so lovely it was so romantic. Obviously the oysters were to die for! I would recommend the jersey ones. Oh and the Bloody Mary that comes with the oyster is quite good too!"

"The beetroot and goats cheese tart was delicious but one friend complained that the chicken was dry and over cooked and another found the avocado in the Caesar salad inedible. When she complained, she was told Cafe Rouge weren't allowed to serve ripe avocado! Although £3.50 was taken off the total cost of the bill, we decided we would meet elsewhere next time as the space was quite cramped and noisy."

"Large American-style restaurant on the Brighton coast. Really good food, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, ribs all generously cut, some dishes are huge, I had the full plate of ribs and was beaten by him, the meat was juicy and fell from the bone. The staff was very fast and helpful. Will definitely visit again, very soon."

"After seeing an article in the subway that spoke so high about this restaurant, I was trying to try it myself. The location is great. On the bright seafront, you are immersed in the picturesque atmosphere on the shore, with the famous 'Upside down house' right in your eyeline. The service of all employees was top-class. Our server 'Diana' has an excellent task to make us welcome, it offered service with a smile. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kindly talked to us about the menu that encouraged us to try new food we missed otherwise. The dishes and drinks were fresh, tasteful and served quickly. Perfect place for authentic Mexican foods on the Brighton coast. We ordered the Oktopus Tacos and the complete Mexican breakfast. The tacos were a delicious treat and the "Full Mexican Breakfast" we had as a lunch dish was well cooked and surprisingly filled. In particular, the lemonade was a great choice for a hot summer day, it was freshly pressed. A refreshing alternative to your standard refreshments. We are not even local, we traveled 2 hours to get there, but definitely back. From food to service and attention to detail in interior design, the place was really "worthy of the hype '. 10/10 would definitely recommend."
