"Went to the Gamer's Lodge for the first time and had the best customer service. We were helped by at least 3 very friendly staff. They not only served us our food and drinks quickly but also spent the time to go over the rules of each game that we played. The snacks are delicious and the overall experience was wonderful. You feel as if you are playing games in a log cabin - nice and cozy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"I 've heard it was great pizza, but never got a chance to taste it as the delivery never made it. Instructed delivery would take between 45min-60. Called after an hour to ask what was taking so long- told to keep waiting and that it would...be another 10min and says what do you want me to do about it and proceeds to hang up on me. 10 minutes later get a call from the driver saying it will be another 20 min, not his fault- I live far from where he is. No apologies or explanation just that it 's my fault for where I reside. Here 's a tip- hire drivers and ordering staff that communicate and don 't over promise and then under deliver. Terrible, terrible, experience!"

"We had brunch at Culina at the Muttart Conservatory and we were very disappointed. Many reviews on here cite the service as being poor, but we found the service to be friendly and prompt. The problem was the food. It just wasn’t very good, especially for the price we were paying. My friend had the turkey sandwich with soup. Her sandwich was tasty but the soup was very bland. I had the eggs benedict which was fine but a bit too salty. The potatoes on the side were mushy and lacked flavour. We just didn’t find that the price fit the quality of the food. Brunch for 2 without any alcohol was over $50, which wouldn’t have been a problem for good food, but this was only passable. Give the café a pass and visit the wonderful conservatory on its own."

"I am not a burger lover so decided to try a spicy crispy chicken burger. For a sriracha-sauced item the first few bites were pretty bland but then I had a look at the chicken - it was raw, I mean blue raw, in the middle - the chicken is a good size, so at least half of the fillet was raw. I took my food over to the server/cooks and they were not very interested even when I stressed raw chicken is a health hazard- they seemed clueless. They offered to provide me another burger but I was already feeling queasy. As we were leaving, they provided a fully stamped loyalty card which, I think, would get me a free burger if I went again...but I won't."
