"I took a 16-year-old boy for breakfast. He was overwhelmed by the choices. In fact, he couldn't make up his mind. Our server was very patient and very helpful to him. He finally chose steak and eggs. Wow, that is a great value and a large quantity. He managed to get the steak and eggs down plus the pancake that was offered in place of toast. However, he could not get the large portion of hash browns down. He had to humbly ask for a to-go-box. He planned on having that for lunch at his job. The place is constantly being cleaned to help mitigate the Covid-19. All the servers wore masks."

"I regularly have Sunday brunch here. It is buffet style and we'll stocked. I love biscuits and gravy and Viet's seems to be one of the few places who can make it not taste like glue. If you like patio dining this is your place. Not a lot of restaurants offer a patio and of those that do this one is the best to relax."

"I guess I am the odd man out in making this negative review here. I came here with my wife and 3 kids. The atmosphere is quaint and the staff is pleasant. Our problem is with the food... the kitchen staff apparently doesn't know to use spices when cooking quality food. The food is so basic and so plain that it really does this place a disservice. My wife ordered an omelet and it tasted so bland she couldn't finish it so I tried it and I couldn't eat it neither. The kids ordered french toast but what they got was something more like regular toast covered with powdered sugar true french toast is battered. None of us, including the kids, enjoyed the food. This place could do so well if they had a new kitchen manager. The food quality is very poor and that is unfortunate."

"The fish was great. Not too many non-fish options. That said, they do advertise as a fresh fish place. No reason for anyone to go away hungry. We had a server who was new. She did a fine job!"
