"Unfortunately, the cappuccino has gone out, we loved our coffee here while visiting. We were a few times last week and coffee was terrible. We shared soup and BLT, which was excellent. There are bacon and cheese croissant are evil, but you must be there as soon as they sell quickly. No table service before 11:00, which is okay. The staff is exceptional."

"This quick food restaurant is consistently void of management.You will never see more than 1 cashier, who does everything, load your tray, get your drinks, handles cash and food at the same time. UGH! Health issues?? No matter, if lined up out the door, there will never be another helper at the cash or food.Tables are constantly all dirty. Young staff running around and nothing getting accomplished it seems. Food is cold- not up to regular health standards. MacDonalds standards seems to have gone down the tube.In need of some serious management and correction at this one in Ladysmith BC"

"I love THE OLIVES. Subway is gr8 m8, I r8 8/8 if I could, but 5/5 will do. Much Gud Very Yum. I if had an ostrich for every time I recommended subway to a friend, I wouldn't have many ostriches. I would have two,...one from my mom, the other from that homeless guy down town, he was cool, in a homeless kind of way."

"There were several ways to sit outside in the fresh air. The food was fast and delicious. I was too full of the desert, but could not resist taking the divine lime coconut cake home. I'm glad. I really brightened up my evening."

"The server recommended I sit at the bar as I was alone. I’m glad she did, as the locals were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about Marbled Murrelets, which is unheard of! I ordered the burger special. It was topped with sausage this evening and was the best burger I’ve had in Nanaimo! I’ve eaten hundreds of burgers in this city. Guinness in tap also a plus. Kimberly was excellent! Attentive, friendly and a great reader of the room. I will definitely be back. My first full 5 star."
