"Tried Ravioli, BBQ pizza, chicken wings and few other items for take out. It was good and ready on time. I ordered an item online and realized I need to change. Staffs were friendly and made the switch happily. Wish the chicken parmigiana was too hard. Otherwise everything was good."

"We came in for out of town to visit the casino. Wanted a nice meal to start our day. Found Cotton at Riverside Mill and it sounded perfect. We were seated quickly at a booth that was crammed up against a wall and too small, we moved to a table near the window, which was much better. Our waiter came right over, took our drink order. Drink came and we ordered our meals. Two of us had a salad , the other two ordered a sandwich. 30 minutes later, one salad arrived. In a few minutes, another salad arrived. Five more minutes one sandwich arrived. Now the last person was without food. We asked about his sandwich and they admitted they had to remake it because they accidentally prepared it wrong. His meal came easily ten minutes later. The fries we undercooked and his sandwich was lackluster at best. The chef came over to apologize for the long wait. Must have been pretty common practice because he wasn’t bothered. Two salads and two sandwiches. An hour and a half. $50 plus tip per couple. Too slow to consider coming back. Poor service , if it continues, will kill this venue."

"The steak was awesome ... cooked perfect, tender and no sauce needed ... salad bar was fresh and fully stocked ... 4 stars cause broccoli still half raw but still edible with ranch dip...shrimp cocktail was delsih...strawberry shortcake was a little dry. Our waitress was awesome!! Didn't catch her name but she was great!"
