"Made for an awesome birthday experience! Despite being absolutely packed and a bit short on hands, the staff were attentive, polite and went above and beyond, even making me a special cocktail. The food was fabulous, especially the potato skins. Thanks for a fun and delicious evening out, will definitely be back. :"

"Food and drinks were good. Server we had was pleasant. The couple we were with never got their appetizer they ordered and I didn't get any fries with my fish tacos, (pretty sure you were to get that or rice on the menu) didn't clue in about the fries until afterwards. Oh well they aren't good for me anyway. Maybe it was a sign, LOL. The first choice of appetizer they wanted, they were out of, so decided on another, and never got it. Friends weren't charged for the appetizer, so thats good. We sat outside, I was a bit worried because the wind picked up, but their walls really helped block the wind. We were sat in the corner and the speaker was on ground right behind us, so it made it difficult to hear our own conversation. I'll definitely go back to try again, and keep the previous issue in mind, so we can enjoy it a bit more. Edit we were there Monday night at 7pm. July 18. It was mildly busy."

"So first of all, I was really not sure about visiting this restaurant because there are too many people who complained about Downeast Beer Factory. I decided to write the review because those complains I've read were not reasonably reviewed.I visited Downeast on Saturday 4pm. I'm sure this time is slow time compared to lunch hours on Fridays. As soon as we went inside the restaurant, I saw a huge stainless beer tank. I immediately noticed more amazing tanks in the back of the restaurant. The lady who served out table was friendly and professional for sure. She even let me take photos of those beautiful tanks.We ordered Tap&Grill Stir Fry and Un"beet"able Burger. I liked my burger very much. The stir fry was good but my partner said he recommends Grilled Veggie Flatbread. Oh by the way, our food came right away. We also ordered beer while we were waiting for our food to kill time, but our food came right away.It's quite a huge restaurant, but very few waiters. Office lunch time might get busy but my partner has been there during the busy time, and he had a good time with his co-workers. He didn't complain anything. In fact, he was the one who wanted to take me there. Again, I wanted to write this because I had a good time. I'd love to go back. I hope I was helpful for people who are curious about the restaurant."
