"We stayed 5 nights, the overall experience is good and positive based on the room and service. The reception people are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite and a good size for couples. The free breakfast service is OK but it starts at 6:30 9:00 on weekdays and since there are many people during the holiday seasons it is hard to get food… the line to get breakfast is also long… The rooftop space to see the fireworks is great. The distance to the Niagara Falls state park is great too! The gym was bad, I expected more but most of the cardio equipments are not working properly. The pool was dirty. Honestly!"

"Fantastic service from our young female waiter. Appetizers and salad were excellent but cut of steak was chewy and almost inedible. Our waiter was so kind and quick but hearing the rest of the staff gossiping and chatting way too loud was off-putting. Maybe it was a bad night but. we will not be back."
