"It's 3:50 in the afternoon. Order online for mobile. Only 2 cars in line including mine. Car already on side waiting for other. Car in front of me is now waiting for other on the side. Then I am asked to pull around and wait in delivery spot. I asked why cause there is no one else in line but me. I was told so they can keep their drive thru times down. I'm waiting for my other now after I pulled out of the restaurant and drove back in. The car that was in front of me got their order and a car that wasn't in line when I was in line has there food before me. And the doors are locked so they are serving no one in the inside. Like come on. I expect that from a busy place not an empty one. I normally have a great experience here."

"Okay, normally this place isn't that bad. Sometimes the service could be better, but that's based on people who don't have the whole thing. My recent visit was good until I had eaten my chalupa and found a great right in the middle. I took it right back to the restaurant and the manager just looked at it and made another one. I didn't ask if I wanted another or a refund. I didn't have the energy, so I told them that they just did it without salad, because that was the mistake. You made it new and I also have a freezer. Not sure how I feel about the interaction, but the frost was great. No"
