"I really love the staff here but you really never know what you're going to get when you show up. Today the doors are locked with no signage about what's going on. We stay real flexible and respect the hard work of short staffed employees but also expect some information. Someone just forget to unlock the door? Is this the new normal or just this morning? We'll never know!"

"I ordered mobile here this morning before I leave my house with the Bruegger app. I came there about 20 minutes later and my order was not ready. Then I waited 10 minutes before I asked for my order, and they told me they had done it. At this point it would have been much faster to wait only in line and order. The woman who worked there informed me that they were from the kind of bagel I ordered what was super frustrating because I had been waiting for a while to get my food, but I just requested another type of bagel. When I finally went to eat my food, I found that she had not given me the replacement I requested and made my sandwich with a completely different kind of bagel."

"This is the worst Brueggers location ever!! No matter how long the line is, there are always 2 employees just standing around behind the counter. I just left there as I only had a short lunch break, and the guy behind the counter just played with a towel for 5 minutes instead of asking me what I needed. My order is plain bagels in a bag, unsliced. It should never take more than 3 minutes in ans out. Never again!!"

"Was simply through the ride thru and had a great experience. The collection orders were so nice, came into the window and asked the asain woman a question about the app she was very polite, was not calm to answer, so she asked her manager high white guy and he was also very friendly about everything. I usually only come during the day, but wanted to get something tonight and it was the betting experience I had. The managers and workers on daily shifts are usually so rude and do not have manners, which is the case. It was nice to have a very positive experience tonight. I guess I'm going to this place at night."
