"It is my very first tym writing a bad review for anything but really i m soo disappointed by their service…. i also work in a food court first thing we are asked to do is keep smile and deal good with customers that was absolutely missing…. we ordered 2 mocha ice caps and 1 oreo ice cap and asked for grill cheese melt “we don’t have any food” she replied in very bad manner as if i am asking her for free… i was so hungry so we ordered 3 icecaps she gave us 2 mocha and announced 1 oreo ice cap we said can you plzz add oreo in it as it was oreo she did not said anything simply rolled her eyes and added a tiny amount of oreo my friend wanted more so we asked a guy can u plzz put some more he was so nice he added more and even asked us will you like more…. really very disappointing never coming back……"

"I went here a few times with friends in the past, and I always had a pleasant time! The atmosphere of the place is very welcoming. The rustic wooden tables with warm lightning is very welcoming and I love the red accent colors of the place! There is also plenty of space here; the tables are quite distributed and the ceiling is quite high, which feels very refreshing. The baristas on the front were nice when I visited. As far as drinks are concerned, I only got the teas, so I really can only comment on them. They are very tasty one-in-a-while treats as this place is quite expensive. I had a few of her loose leaf teas coming in a little teapot with a cup when you dive! The flavors are quite normal until teas go (i.e., peppermint, English breakfast etc., but I still enjoyed them. As for her London Fog Tea Latte it is delicious! I recommend getting this if you don't mind paying for it. It was wonderful and was not overly sweet (sometimes that I find with the London fog of other places. In any case, recommend to try this at least once. Overall, Caffe Artigiano is a wonderful place to hang with some friends for an afternoon tea. I've been here before and enjoy the rustic and spacious atmosphere of the place. The teas are delicious, and I love the presentation of them. If you're willing to pay a little more, I would recommend trying one of their London Fog tea beds!"

"Went to Cafe Lokal for a meeting with someone and was really pleasantly surprised by the place. It's very nice with tons of people who are hanging out and talking (not just people sitting on laptops working). Coffees are great and at the usual prices. Espresso-based drinks are great."

"Case if you all looking for this cafe. This place is no longer continue. I went for it few days ago. It said that on google maps was located on indonesian trade center (thought they move or something), but when I got in I talked to the cashier guy for nusa dua coffee. He said that it was discontinued because of covid for good.Hope this helps! Cheers! ??"
