"Tried Johnny Brusco?s tonight while at work. Advertised as a New York style pizza. Crust was crispy with a chewy center. Cheese was hot and gooey. Pepperoni was rather bland. Red sauce was sweeter than I would prefer. Supposed to be brick oven baked but crust was very evenly cooked as an oven would cook. Unlike other brick oven pizza I have had in the past. Overall pizza was OK with descent flavor, but pricey for a 12 inch pie. A pepperoni and a margarita pizza cost me upwards of $32 before tip."
