"Nightmare in the kitchen on M6 Lunch on Thursday December 28, 2023 for 7 people. To begin with, upon our arrival, the front door does not work, a repair is made with a string.the boss (unshaven welcomes us with a joke in bad taste The aperitif is served in glasses without ice cubes or lemon slices, by the glass for bubble-free lemonades. An hour and a half later after ordering, the dishes arrived after complaining to a waitress about the long wait. Some arrived after us and were served before.. She tells us rather curtly that this is normal because there are 2 people missing in the kitchen.. while they continue to take tables in the room with its strange decor. But of course without any excuses.We are of course too demanding. The dishes are cooked and recooked, the truffle pasta is served with a minimal portion for a 5 year old child, the donut burger with salad sauce, the morel ravioli are without morels, the board is full of salad (cheap and very lean in food. After 3 requests to the waiter, a few slices of bread arrive, the 2 poor waiters are overwhelmed and very poorly organized, they look for tables for the dishes, get the wrong tables. At least 2 servers per room are missing for quality service!!! A lady at the next table even complains about not having had the dish ordered , the waiter offers to change it but she has already eaten it. The coffees arrive, they are lukewarm, even cold.of course without nuts or cake (too expensive The meal is catastrophic, nothing is right, the portions, the service, the welcome, the decoration, everything needs to be reviewed!!!! Catering is a serious profession, you have to train and learn the profession before taking over a restaurant or otherwise going to do something else (ski instructor, ski patroller, pole man, groomer.. We are demanding, that's normal, we pay, you just need to hire the necessary number of waiters and cooks and pay them correctly to have a quality establishment."

"The reception is terrible and the boss recommends that the tourists go to work and stay home. Don't stop on the terrace, it's a private property and you've come wrong.
