"Doordashed two orders of beef pho from this place last night. When I dumped the food contents into my bowl I was met with a big roach floating in my soup! Luckily doordash has refunded me for the orders themselves but not for the delivery fee plus dasher tip obviously… so I still wasted about $12… I’m honestly disgusted because I used to eat here regularly. Now that I know about the roach problem I will not be eating here anymore."

"Customer service sucks! They leave us all standing at the door looking stupid and lost without greeting us and/or telling us how long the wait is. The pace is moving very slowly. They need more help or the waitress/hostess needs to be more friendly and attentive. Menu book is destroyed and fallen apart. I had the combination rice bowl, the meat tasted bland and flavorless. The rice was dried up and hard. As you walk in the front door, you can smell the bathroom odor coming out. It was very stinky as you walk in the front door. This makes me lose appetite. I asked the waitress and she didn’t even respond to my questions and seemed like she did not care whether we came in or not."

You have an employee, Sully, looking for love in Clayton/Wilmington. He's a 22-year-old surfer dude locked in the suburbs of Clayton."

"Absolutely horrendous! Pho dac biet(special) didn’t have anything in it but maybe a couple of meatballs and a few thin cuts of steak. No tendon or tripe. The broth was terrible. Nothing special about the s.Next item was the bun bo hue(spicy beef noodles), it was plain and super small for $15. The noodles were different( smaller and not much) and not spicy at all but the broth was salty. It was by far the worst bun bo hue I’ve ever had. We also ordered a Vietnamese ice coffee for $6.19 and it the best thing we ordered but it’s difficult to mess up. Our total was $38 and not including the tip. This place was a disappointment and we will not be returning."
