"When I went to Ronchamps, I took the opportunity to stop at Chez Bruno's lunch which friends had recommended to me. A restaurant that does not pay a mine, where you serve a simple and well-crafted cuisine. Don't look for the map, you'll have a menu of the day. And that day, I had an entrance, a part of brass quiche and its salad, followed by a burgundy spaghetti beef and a caramel cream. In summary, a very good canteen in the right sense of the term."
