"Authentic laksa! Was mildly skeptical when I saw it was open by Myanmar owners for a Malaysian restaurant, but that was all gone when we tasted their curry laksa and also Hainan chicken rice. Big portions, actually having meat and prawn, very flavorful rice, and crunchy bean sprouts. Even though we went in closer to closing, they still served us. Slightly longer than anticipated wait (I'd prefer if it came faster so I can leave before closing), but worth the wait. Very cool neon decor as well. Make this one of your foodie stops!"

"Pretty nondescript location on Fraser and 41st. The dosa is pretty good, and tastes kind of like a giant samosa...with a crepe wrapping and yummy dipping sauce. But my favourite thing was still butter chicken, theirs is very heavy on some kind of spice I can't name, and it makes it delicious. Portion of basmati rice it comes with is massive too, never get this much anywhere else!"

"When i passed by this place i've never knew this place gets a high rating because it doesn't look like one. the place is like a minimart that sells lots of other country's packaged goods and also bakery. this time that i know this place have a good rating, i've decided to give it a try, and well inside there are many variation of food, bakery goods, and some hot food items as well like sandwhich, well i got the flan, tripple cheesecake, and a sandwhich can't remember which one it's atm. but i do enjoy the flan more as it's soft, sort of in the middle texture of jelly and cake, and the taste of sweetness is just right, the sandwhich, it's not really recommended, as it's not really flavourful to me, but it's well made i must say, it's something that you can eat 1000 times and not get bored of, the hint of spices and flavours is in the burger but it's not overwhelming. and this is the first time i tried a burger that have stringbeans type of vegetable is accompanied with the meat, definitely okay but i find it there's not much crunch with boiled stringbeans. i find the food that i bought it's just alright, but i must say the empanadas is definitely alright."

"The food was superb and so reasonable. The students cooked better than most high end restaurants. I had the scallop appetizer and it was tasty and presented well. The veal was done to perfection and the sauce to die for. My bread pudding was delicious but could have had more ice cream. The food is equivalent to a restaurant such as Hawksworth but half the price. The service was excellent. Lots of room for a meeting or private party in a separate section. Too bad they are so far from Richmond or better part of town."
