"I was afraid to go because of the name: Chutnify ? ...What? ...Oh no not more trendy American, hipster, overrated nonsense that I can 't risk wasting money and time on... But, I was proven wrong! I went there with a friend and actually liked it. It had really great flavour though my friend who cannot handle too much spiciness ordered something very spicy without knowing it, because it was not stated/marked on the menu as spicy/scharf Hello there, this is Germany! Anyway, we both enjoyed the flavourful and unique food. It reminded me a bit of what my Bangladeshi friend back in New york used to cook for me. We had Dosas which came with plentiful chutneys, salad and two types of out of this world dahl! They could step up the dosa batter a bit, but it was still pretty yummy with the accompanying well prepared ingredients and all five tastes being represented. We had a very unique, but with traditional flavours, papadum appetiser very light, tasty and plenty! We had a spiced lemonade which was delicious and refreshing. It was a real restaurant experience with a lovely peanut salad (complimentary) to snack on as you go over the menu. I think they did pretty good with the quality control of the food being that it is such a busy place. Everything was very fresh and of good quality. Portions sizes are well suited for hungry people. The service is attentive without being overbearing and the servers are pleasant. The seating outside is nice, but casual perfect for lunch on a sunny day. Prices are average for Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. I 've been back several times and still love it! My new favorite thing there are the Vadas absolutely delicious!"
