"I recently placed an order from Uber, taking advantage of their buy one get one promotion. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed with the quantity of the dish I received, as it was less than half the usual portion size. While I understand that promotions are meant to offer a deal, I felt that this reflected cost-cutting measures and compromised the overall quantity of food provided.To add to the disappointment, the chicken tikka I ordered not only had a fishy smell indicating spoiled chicken, but it was also undercooked and lacked the flavorful spices I expected. Despite opting for delivery, I decided to return to the restaurant with my order so that the manager/chef could witness the problem firsthand. Regrettably, upon reaching the restaurant, I encountered an unfriendly manager who was also serving as the chef for the day. Initially, they seemed unwilling to address the issue or offer a resolution.This entire ordeal not only wasted my entire evening but also left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Upon returning home, I had no choice but to discard the food due to the persistent smell, bland flavor, and oily texture that did not meet the standards expected from this restaurant (possibly since the actual chef was not around today).Given the attitude of the chef and the evident cost-cutting measures, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. However, I do hope that the owner takes prompt steps to rectify these issues, as the place has potential with better management in place."
