"It's been few years since I've been to The Palm. We were looking forward to great service, cocktails, steak and seafood like we've had in the past here. Unfortunately, that's not what we received. The service started off great, with good cocktails and wine. The bread was cold and stale and it went downhill from there. My filet was not cooked to order, neither was the Lamb chop that my friend ordered. Hers was overcooked and mine was undercooked. Seems like the kitchen switched things up by accident. The server took my steak back to have the kitchen cook to order and apologized. Everyone at the table had almost finished by the time my steak came back out and it still was still undercooked. The service declined significantly as the dinner progressed. It was clear they were understaffed. They server said the restaurant was bought out by a larger company awhile back. The salad and sides were ok and my lobster bisque was good. However my main meal was not. The server offered a free dessert instead of offering to remove the steak from the bill which is what should have happened in my opinion. We didn't say anything though. I was very disappointed in the meal overall. Especially for the amount of money we paid. I will not be going back and would not recommend The Palm any longer."

"Long time palm loyalists before landry. ny, philly, orlando dallas sad it is not the same. the half of the half was not hot and the kartoffels are not close to what they were my mid-sized, rare ribey came out. no pink at all the redo was bloody and underdon I think we're done"

"Service was great. Felt very welcomed by the hostess. Waiters were very polite and experienced. I tried the calamari which was good. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, the portion is very big but it was not to my liking. The chicken breast was cut very thin and had no flavor. It was a total waste of chicken. Disappointed but everything else was great"
