"They truncated every sand that was on the flesh. we bought the higher endsand, including a French diving sub. less than a third of the lower part actually had meat on it. the au ju was like paste instead of broth. the other sand, which was also not near the normal amount. I feel as if the franchise owner by providing less meat, or the personal needs better direction and training."

"I arrived at the time of my OpenTable reservation and was told there were 5 people ahead of me. I went to my car to wait and called in to check on my reservation 45 mins later. They then informed me that there were now 10 people ahead of me and OpenTable is NOT reservations. According to them, they list OpenTable seats when there are tables available and you have to come right away to be seated. However I made those reservations at 11am for 645pm. They eventually got me seated. But I’ve never had a problem with OpenTable not being considered reservations before. And they were very rude about it."

"Honestly, the WORST quality food coming out of this location! I usually get my food from Westland but for some odd reason my grub hub delivery order was from this Canton location. My onion rings were hard as rocks. Dry. Overcooked. Cold. Disgusting and inedible. The wings were the same. The sauce was almost non existent. It was truly as if these were made days ago and just pulled from the fridge and thrown in a box. Not even heated. This is BLATANT disregard for food quality or the customer. I got robbed of $40 in food, delivery and tip fees. A complete robbery considering how obvious it was this food was not fresh or even cooked properly. When I say the food was cold, I mean, there was no warmth at all. Not like it was delivered a little late and cooled down. I don’t think it was even boxed warm!If management cares at all about this establishment, I would hope they’d start listening to these honest complaints and get rid of the horrible cooks. This doesn’t happen as an honest mistake this was on purpose. Blatant. Get out of the restaurant business if you don’t care!"

"We visited your new place this past Monday. The food was good but our service wasn’t that great. Our waitress didn’t know the menu to well and said she worked their for 5 years. We never were asked how our food tasted and had to ask for refills. Waited a long time for our check and boxes."
