"Employee taking our order: RUDE! Acted like or order was just TOO much for her! Got wrong drink (ordered PEPSI..got ORANGE), food was passable BEST (ordered fries might have gotten 8-10 fries, wings weren 't even hot)! Ordered a pizza to go (same time as we placed our dine in order) still had 2 wait 10mins to get it (RUDE clerk was busy making another order)! Dining area was FILTHY (dirty tables, crumbs on floor) the restroom was beyond ATROCIOUS! This was my 1st time GINO 'S.. my LAST!"

"The ambiance looked decent coming in but the service was awful. Waitress was rude and unresponsive to several asks only had 5 adults who ordered and the kids all were playing games. In the beginning with only 4 people sr the table it took over 12 minutes to get a glass of water and the restaurant didn't even have many tables at all. Took forever to have our food order taken. When we did order food, she forgot a simple appetizer item and by the time she came back to even check on the table we were basically done with our food. I mentioned to the hostess that we were missing the Brie skillet early on and she said she would check and instead of actually checking she was just at the hostess stand chit chatting with another employee. Gratuity was automatically added at 18% and was completely undeserving. Usually don't write negative views The arcade area seems fine for the kids if you need somewhere to entertain them but don't expect to get good service or good food."

"Would definitely give zero stars if I could. My husband ordered through Doordash, he wanted to try this place out. I had no idea until reading other reviews to see if others had just as bad of an experience as we did that these wings are through Chili's. Not only was our order priced for the quality/quantity we got, the containers they decided to use for the wings had a bunch of ridges where literally 80% of the sauce stayed. The fries were cold and only a super small portion for the 5 dollars he paid. We ordered bone in but got boneless instead (a common problem which you guys need to PAY ATTENTION to since it IS such a recurring problem. Honestly think that so many people like ourselves get boneless instead of bone in so they dont have to cook more bone in, and the wings were cold and tasted like they weren't cooked, but microwaved instead. We didn't receive straws for either of the drinks we got. It was just all around a truly terrible and sad experience, especially for the amount of money we paid for it. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle, get Sheetz instead. Way cheaper and their quality of boneless wings are far better. Dr. Pepper sauce never disappoints. Better deal for the amount you're paying too.....this is the first and only time we will purchase, and really wish we'd gone with our original plan. I wish we'd have taken pictures. It was an expensive bag of sadness. Do not recommend. Stay away and save your hard earned money."

"The place was a quarter full when we got there and remained so throughout our meal. Host seated us quickly and wiped down the table for us. Connor is a great server, he got all our items right, the food did take about 30 minutes to arrive but the kitchen was short staffed and he was trying his best. amazing customer service, and the fried shrimp appetizer was ??????????! the wings were large and fresh, the only downside is the long wait time for food when they weren?t busy, everywhere is short staffed at the moment, and the ?extra hot? was supposed to be the hottest but it was a little disappointing because i breezed through it ? Nonetheless, we will definitely be back for those ????? the shrimps were freshly breaded, extremely juicy, breading was just right, sauce was perfectly coating it. not too light or heavy, salty or sweet. as a bonus, the plating was done with shrimps in a single direction and on a bed of fresh spinach leaves. i definitely took note of this because many places forgo the garnishing or use scrap ingredients. This is definitely a quality attribute by whomever assembled this dish. In the restaurant industry myself, Connor is a great server, fulfilling all requests and paying attention to small details, engaging the tables and ensuring customer satisfaction. ??"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Came in with my friend at 7:00 on a Sunday. It was NOT busy. We sat at the table for 20 minutes before we gave up and left. Nobody came to even take our drink orders much less acknowledge us. Three waitresses were sitting up front on their phones chatting. Ran into one in the bathroom just hanging out on her phone having some me time. Complete waste of time."
