"The chef is arrogant, the prices for eating are astronomer, and the kicker is that when the chef (and I said chef) falls a piece of fish, he tells them that he no longer has and tells them to wait for the next dish. even if they observe it, they still make it available from plastic containers with large quantities. also adds soy sauce to everything in such a heavy way that the taste of the fish is lost. even if they ask him to add something less, he disregards what they say and does what he wants. I understand and appreciate the cultural label that is involved in this kind of culinary experience, but come on youngs. for three persons, the customer service should not take a seat back to find what is called possibilities to do. in this price class restaurants should not cut corners."
