"What does yet another kosher coffee shop have to offer in this area which is already saturated with kosher cafes and eateries of various descriptions? Not a lot! Situated under a railway bridge carrying the Northern Line, the frequency of the rumbling trains is somewhat annoying, but not as bad as the intrusively loud music. Although it was turned down when requested, someone turned it up again, and the staff are either deaf or do not realise people might want to hear what their companions are saying. If you can tolerate the rumbling and the music, the menu is quite varied, with Israeli dishes (although no humus). Soup comes served in a large loaf, and looks attractive. I questioned the amount of salt in the soup and was brought a small bowl to taste. Too salty for me, though quite tasty, and very hot, which makes a pleasant change. I ordered an Israeli salad which was a very large portion and nicely presented, and served with very fresh dark brown bread which was delicious. My companion had minestrone soup which he obviously enjoyed. A bottle of water was brought to the table without asking for it, which is a definite plus. Service was brisk, which is about all one can say about it. Prices are not unreasonable and a service charge is added. The cafe is wheelchair accessible – just, but there is a step up to the lavatories, and insufficient room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. There is no disabled lavatory. I consider this to be a serious omission in a cafe that has been completely refurbished,"
