"The quality of the dishes and raw materials is undoubtedly excellent, good frying, good tartare. But I didn't like desserts at all, especially the chocolate cake looks exactly like the prepacked one of Ciobar and with a really too high price for me. Unfortunately I found the unexcelled service, long enough waiting times even with the almost empty room and wrong orders. for the rest it is not bad, the place is cute and you eat all in fine, it can improve."

"Eating here is excellent. we thought this restaurant would be average because it is close to the hotel, but in fact it is a great restaurant. excellent seafood and great pasta. the staff is friendly and helpful. "This restaurant serves food typical of Gaeta, south of Roma. The slices of pie come with different fillings such as octopus, spinach or anchovies. The proprietor was happy to explain in good English. Large plate of vegetables was also very good. And a large bottle of water, all for under 10 Euro!"

"Worst service ever experienced. First it takes a very long time before they take our order. Then it takes 20(! minutes to get our cafe and soft drink. It was not even that busy and staff was standing around smoking. When we finally got our drinks they asked us to pay immediately, even though they did not ask other guests to do the same. Then when I took too long I even had to go in and ask for our change!!! Apparently they just wanted us to leave asap. Never coming back and definitely not recommending this place."

"Hotel Locarno, I miss you! My husband and I had the best week! We celebrated an early 39th wedding anniversary and stayed a week at The Hotel Locarno!! We had an exceptional time! This place has such an amazing staff! Starting at the Welcoming front desk, beautiful breakfasts everyday! Clean and well appointed rooms! Ambiance, along with the fantastic bar! the location is perfect, with shops and restaurants very accessible!... And again, AMAZING FRIENDLY WELL INFORMED STAFF !! This is where I will always stay in Rome! Thank you Angie and Lance!"
