"If you are looking for a genuine place to eat in central Sassari, Sardinia, do not miss zia forica. All, and I mean ALL, people there are habitués of the place, mostly people on a break from work. Simple tables, no chic, even a bit rundown, yet very clean. The food taste like home. If it is really cooked as homestyle as possible, with no space for nouvelle cuisine nor for intricated recipes. You will find whatevere an average person of an average city in Sardinia would want to eat everyday at home. They are fast and quite cheap."

"Cena en lunes noche. Lo mejor, el local es muy tranquilo y el personal amable. Las gyozas estaban buenas. La tabla (28 piezas que incluían maki, sashimi, etc no era demasiado destacable. Carta con algunos vinos que no están mal, se suele aparcar bien por la zona entre semana (noches). Precio por persona con vino tinto y café: 30-35€."

"This place is a gem: huge menu with consistently great food and very affordable prices. Wild boar burger, cheesecake and paella were outstanding. The only downside is that they are understaffed, so you need to be patient when you ask for the bill or want to order food."
