"I work just a street away and the araber (so is the restaurant called by locals) is a favourite for a quick lunch with a colleague. they have two daily menus for lunch (one thai, one international) and a a la carte menu with good and varied food, including italian and turkish dishes (the spanakopita is really good) and some asian dishes (the vegetarian indian curry with bananas, okras etc. is lovely,) salads, soups - nothing spectacular, but "something for everybody." i've been going there 1-2 times per months for more than 10 years, and the quality and service is very consistent (a lot of the staff have been there since at least 10 years as well).its always very busy during lunch time (i have never had dinner there,) so better come early or make a reservation. in summer you can sit outside."

"From friends we were invited to a day of birth (via the afternoon) in this restaurant/store. above the main railway station at the beginning of the street we quickly found this chic smallod. the parking possibilities are rather limited in front of the house and for a longer visit is the trip with the öw prefer. the sale shop has been very warm and furnished with a lot of love for detail. it is mainly offered and sold Italian weeping and otherwise specialties. we were allowed to take in the back area at a single large table place and were pampered with various weeping and small ugly. the offered taste all very good and for a small spontaneous celebration a very recommended variant. r. r."

"We were allowed to spend a very nice evening in the mill on Saturday. eating was top and the price-performance ratio is completely right. also the service was great: we were the first time to visit, but certainly not the last time."

"Been to this restaurant for lunch after read the review. We ordered two big dishes, they're very salty! We asked for 2 cups of hot water to go with the food, it came as 3 CHF per cup! It was not mentioned anywhere nor pointed out by the waitress on additions charges. We then spoke with the manager before paying to point out that these charges should be clear up front, and we felt unfair with these charges. However, the manager's altitude was poorly and he was telling us that we're in the wrong country because we informed him that these charges should have been made clear at the beginning. After travelling around Switzerland for almost a month, we have never expected such a terrible customer service! Despite the waitress was very friendly and served us well, the management was terrible - not listening to suggestions (we didn't even complaint apart from the manager telling us how he runs the business by making money from drinks and so on.) We're not in the wrong country but definitely in the wrong resultant! There're better places to have food in the square, avoid this one if you don't want to be ripped off."

"Letzten Donnerstag bin ich wieder mal ins Da Carlo und ich war sehr zufrieden. Ein echtes italienisches Restaurant. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Gute Küche, Personal aufmerksam, nett und kompetent. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und saisonal. Wer wahre 'Italianità' sucht, ist im 'Da Carlo' genau am richtigen Ort. Der Geschäftsführer ist stets bereit und es entgeht ihm nichts. Super!"

"It is located in Bern. The location is very good and the atmosphere is enormous. Because there are many visitors to visit, we will recommend advance reservation. The price is not cheap, but I do not think it is bad because it is a good restaurant. If it is a disadvantage, it is doubtful whether the food is served according to the order of the order. And I ordered more than two beers, but I did not get a drink except for the first beer. I felt uncomfortable even though they were very busy. But the surrounding scenery is quite pretty and I think it is worth a visit. The taste of the food is not bad. The meal was satisfactory. However, I do not know if I will go again because there are disadvantages clearly. 베른에 위치한 레스토랑입니다. 위치가 상당히 좋아서 분위기가 엄청납니다. 방문하는 고객이 많기 때문에 사전 예약을 추천 드립니다. 저의 경우, 식사시간대를 피해서 방문했던 기억이 납니다. 가격은 저렴하지 않으나, 분위기 좋은 레스토랑이므로 나쁘다는 생각은 들지 않습니다. 단점이라면, 주문 순서대로 음식이 제공되는 것인지 의문이 듭니다. 그리고 저는 맥주를 두잔이상 주문했지만 처음 제공되는 맥주를 제외하고는 한잔도 받지 못했습니다. 아무리 바쁘다고는 하지만 이 점은 불쾌하다고 느꼈습니다. 그치만 주변 풍경이 상당히 예뻐서 한번은 가볼만 하다고 생각됩니다. 음식맛은 나쁘지 않습니다. 식사는 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 단점이 명확하게 있는 곳이라 또 갈지는 모르겠습니다."

"The restaurant is very well visited. the service very friendly. the offer has long been stable Italian cuisine. I didn't want to experiment with pizza or pasta. the dish is usually rarely served and so it came to experiment, unintentionally on my part. the waiter asked when eating several times if everything was good. hungry and deepened in the conversation I ass the half of the fat, small dinger with small black points, probably the eyes. he apologised later that the fish were not so fresh or properly prepared or the like. I had no complaints and we did not have to pay, but provisionally no further visits to the restaurant azzurro for me."
