"We ate here three times during our recent holiday. By the third visit we were greeted like locals. At first (and as others have commented) the service seemed only adequate but as time went on our (elderly) waiter became very attentive and friendly. We didn't have any problems with the bill. The food was excellent and extremely good value for money. Steak about two-thirds the price of anywhere else we looked at, and good-sized portions too. Go before 9 or be prepared to queue for a table. We went at 8 and were practically the only people there, but it filled up pretty quickly. All locals, we didn't see any sign of any other tourists at all. It's in a fairly unprepossessing little street, and there is nothing fancy about the place or the decor. But for a good meal and an authentic experience it's definitely worth a visit."

"Dinner last night at this exceptional closed door Restaurant in Palermo. From our first meeting with our host Luis, until the last hugs and besos goodby, it was a most memorable evening. When making the reservation, one is given choices for each of the three...courses, so no need for menus at table. The home is delightful, art everywhere you look, this is definitely not an ordinary restaurant experience. Just sit back and enjoy it all. The cuisine, Peruvian Fusion, was glorious. Every course was delicious and beautifully presented. Five of us at table so we were able to try it all. The gracious and charming chef Charo was able to spend time with us, which just made the meal all that much better. Any negatives? Not really, the stairs to the apartment are a bit of a climb take your time, it is really worth it. Am already looking forward to another visit there."

"Disappointed with the limited choice on the menu. Prices 580 Pesos for steak. No salad with main just a few crisps and a couple of chunky chips. Beef was ok but not the best. Good bread on table to share. Music started about 10pm but...quite loud for groups wanting to chat. So reasonable but sorry I won’t be returning. No tap water had to buy bottled water despite us having wine."
