"Terrible customer service. very unfriendly staff, I asked about sugar and cream for my coffee mistakenly ordered a black coffee, but the dame was very rude and her reason was that she is tired and have no time for my needs. this is not the first time I got terrible experience at this place. I ordered suppe and it comes with brot, but I got frozen hard brot. So I asked the staff to replace a fresh bread, but she refused. so disappointed."

"The Bao Place in Burnaby is a tiny restaurant that serves home-made steam buns "bao The restaurant opened in September, and is located across from the Metrotown Mall. The concept is simple. Each day the owner makes everything from scratch; nothing is frozen or...re-used. The dough is fluffy and sweet and the filling inside of them are either savoury (pork, bbq, veggie, curry) or sweet (buttermilk, red bean, taro, hot soya). These buns are kept warm in a large stainless steel steamer behind the counter. The buns vary in price from to each. I had two buns and this satisfied me for lunch. The owner said the recipe is based on traditional Malaysian baos. The restaurant has practically no seating so you will likely have to take-out but the buns are worth it. I hope to return in the future and would definitely recommend that you try it if you are in the area."
