"Came in around 1, was greeted by friendly staff members. Placed my order and waited about 15 minutes for my sub. Took it to go so didn't get a chance to look at it until I got to work. For almost $10 very small sub not satisfied with the portion, it's about the size of my receipt (see below). Flavor was fine and decent amount of cheese but I specifically asked for no jalapenos and a certain type of bread which we're both done incorrectly(see below). Won't be coming back."

"We did drive through at the Ooltewah location. I understand that many fast food establishments are having serious issues with staffing. However, they had several cars pull ahead and wait for food to be brought out. It was taking so long that people started walking inside and were given their order right away there. So, it seems what happened was, the orders were ready, but no one brought them out, even after 25 minutes. The line inside was not very long. We should have just gone in and ordered. It would have been quicker. The wait was because they ran out of the berry biscuits, did get them made, just never brought them to the waiting cars. (It was about 10:30 am on a Saturday."

"The best hot and sour soup in town! Prices are reasonable, staff is welcoming, and the view of Uptown is unpaid! If you are on a budget like me this place is pure ingenious sauce if you have a little splurge, but do not regret your purchase. Grateful they're here when I'm in Queen City."

"Cheap small portions. Spent 48 bucks on soggy lo mein and sweet and sour chicken with no meat just skinny little breaded pieces with no meat in it. General tsos chicken tasted like burnt oil and was dry. The lo mein was soggy and over cooked."
