"We stood at your hostess station yesterday for at least 10 minutes without so much as a GLANCE from your clearly overworked staff. I work in the restaurant industry. I get not having a hostess right there but to not have ANYONE acknowledge they saw new guests is unacceptable. At least say, 'hey, we 'll be there soon, sorry about your wait '. We were visibly ignored. I saw a girl I believe was the hostess or maybe an AM running around in back and she definitely saw us at least twice. We finally just walked out because if that was the experience we had just walking in the door, I can imagine what your BOH is going through and I don 't want to add to that. There was a girl sitting on a stool at the front that didn 't work there but said she was 'security ' and she couldn 't believe it either. Honestly it made me appreciate the awesome servers and hosts we have at our restaurant. Do better Chili 's. Your Tuesday night staff, especially your bartender that also ignored us, absolutely had zero customer service."
