"Went here last night with my daughter and was looking forward to a good steak. We had oysters for entree and they were fresh, large and delicious! Some of the yummiest oysters I've had in a long time. But then my main came out???? I'd ordered the eye fillet for $48 and it was a smallish butterflied (cut nearly in half and spread flat) so steak was only about 2-3cms high and small handful of wilted rocket with a wedge of lemon????, a small amount of rough cut over cooked potato pieces that had been seasoned to and inch of their lives with a spice mix that was overpowered with salt and paprika and a large bowl of chimichurri sauce (sauce was tasty) and that's it!? $48!? I've gone to Neil Perrys steak restaurant "the cut" in Sydney and paid that price for a wagu 600 days rotation fed steak!? I felt ripped off and was still hungry when we left. Really disappointed as I was so looking forward to it. The service was good. My hip pocket is still hurting????...
