"Arrived at Cafe Michelle for brunch only to discover they do not serve any breakfast/brunch items, and the menu was twice as expensive as listed on Open Table (average menu item was about $18). Upon inquiring about breakfast options, the waitress was incredibly rude and put off that we were questioning the menu. We ordered waters (they only serve bottles of water that they charge you for), then decided to go somewhere else to get breakfast. A real shame, since the location and ambience were great."

"Came here with my family of three asked for Chef's Special with scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was burnt and the cheese for my eggs was not melted. I told the waitress that I did not want the meal. When getting ready to go and ask for bill for the other two meals the waitress asked me if I would like the meal I refused to go. I am shocked and have never been asked this before after refusing a meal. My food was not to my liking and I shouldn't be forced to eat or take food I do not want."

"Decided to try this place for brunch today with some friends. Glad we did this chilaquiles was among the best I've had in the city (and I've probably tried a few dozen places at this point). The chips were still really crisp even drenched under the amazing salsa verde, and the cheese was nicely toasted as you can see in the top left. I think they put the cheese on the chips and then toast them in an oven, then add the sauce right before serving which worked really well. It's worth calling out that the salsa wasn't even remotely spicy. If you wanted to spice it up you could but I think it's good when food like this is accessible to the people who can't take a lot of heat. I asked for the the steak medium rare and they got it to more of medium but it was still juicy and tender. It's a steal, too, at just $15. I also tried an oatmeal shake which was excellent, and my wife had the corned beef hash which was great too. Highly recommend this place.. can't wait to try more; everyone liked what they got and the patio in the back was really chill. Felt like being in someone's backyard (in a good way)."
