"Whilst the duck is acceptable, other food items are definitely NOT up to consistent standard. On our recent 3rd visit to this restaurant, the dumplings were probably over-frozen and the fillings and dough base of the dumplings were not even cooked when presented. They even...charge us for Chinese tea which is a rip-off practice (only acceptable for yum cha meals). I only had water but was still charged for tea. The Sang Choi Bow arrived before the main Peking Duck pancakes were served ! Service was painfully slow; we waited for almost an hour before any dishes arrived on our table. The boss lady appeared to be rather curt (read arrogant) and not too interested in our custom. We certainly won't be coming back. I would have rated this restaurant a negative if the TripAdvisor website had allowed."
