"The staff are so friendly and very tentative to the customer. Their food is so good, I tried the Royale Benedict (Smoked Salmon, avocado on toasted English muffins topped with Hollandaise Sauce and breakfast potato on the side). I kid you not, their Hollandaise sauce is the best I ever tasted... it has layers of flavour not just like other Hollandaise sauce I've tasted which usually taste like mayo, or just salty and sour... Their Hollandaise hits differently.. first is creamy, savoury and turns bright with acidity which brings out the freshness of the dish itself... I believe that this place is a hidden gem in Philly's Old City District..."
