"I am not a person who tends to write negative reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my disastrous experience at The Living Room. I Was part of a large group and we pre-booked our table and food for 7pm. It took 3+ hours for the 3 course meal (approximately £35 per person) to come out and still got some of our orders wrong. The food itself was very average and the chips are ridiculously salty! On top of that, it took additional 30 minutes to sort out the bill as they got that wrong too and to add insult to injury we got charged 10% service fee. Normally I would complain about such thing after such bad service but I was so desperate to get out there! The good thing out of this, is that I never died from starvation from waiting for my food."

"Well.. The best meal have had in a very long time! Lets start with the venue, fantastic open air dining on the terrace, powerful heaters to keep you at the right temperature. The service was outstanding, really caring and recommendations for food were great. Food was cooked to perfection and produce was outstanding! Returning again soon!"

"Booking from opentable never came through and with it being a group booking for 12, I feared we would struggle. Bar staff were ever so apologetic and assured us they would remedy the problem. Within 15 minutes we were all day down with a drink in a cosy booth where we could chat and catch up. Waitress came and took the order including drinks and everything arrived in due course. Forget solita or almost famous, these burgers are the real deal and absolute drinking value for money. Rather than being over priced and leaving you hungry, the food certainly hits the spot. £5 a pint is acceptable for the city and there's a good selection of craft beer too. Selection of spiced rum and gin too is good. Many thanks to the staff for accommodating us after the opentable booking disaster."

"Excellent service, friendly staff, despite it being their first day open in quite a while you can tell they were fully prepared, staff knew what they needed to do to keep things safe and clean, love the use of an app to order things when you're ready. Food was very tasty too, will 100% be going back"

"Music was a little loud for speaking and Aircon blows cold, but once mentioned Aircon was switched off. Delicious steak and suffragette cocktail. 2nd stay. Cosy bed and interesting view over the Victorian Station. I'd rather have fresh milk in the fridge. Well equipped gym. Thanks for another pleasant Valentine's Day visit, see you next year x"
