"Well, Hotel Gieschen in Achim. This also has a restaurant that was still a white place in my personal culinary map in the region. It had attracted me because the owner is known as hunter and I like to eat wild. Unfortunately there was only deer calf that day, which I personally feel quite boring. On Sunday afternoon it was ready. The interior is timeless, but nothing to say. For the prices of the dishes I found the table decoration too little ingenious, i.e. practically not present. We were not so hungry and ordered only a main dish of sour meat from wild boar with roasted potatoes and Remoulade for approx. 11 € (Sauve meat without pronounced taste, roast potatoes good and quite crispy, the Remoulade apparently made house and delicious zander with saffron sauce, braided choir and band noodles (about 16 € for me. The Zander and the nap were okay. But as a supplement spaghetti was served “The band noodles were out” and that the sauce has ever come in eye contact with saffron, I dare to doubt a lot. At least she didn't see anything. I was too strongly bound and quite taste-neutral. How to make a sauce for fish from grapes, I like to teach the chefs. But what really improved was the service, apparently all apprentices. The fact that apprentices are trained here is great, but until they get a certain maturity, they may not have to accept orders. The boss behind the counter was always considered helpful when I asked questions: “What are fish on the “North Sea Plate?”? “Should you and Zander perhaps?” ‘A freshwater fish must not be’. “I ask, I’m just Azubi” “What watermarks are you running?” “I ask.” “Where comes the open Riesling, the Grauburgunder.” “I don’t know.” I was most upset about the undisputed change of supplements. For spaghetti does not fit into the yard; I just ignored her, and I'll get my sweet bread potatoes. If something is out, I want to be informed and that alternatives are offered to me, under which I can choose. "Es wurde Zeit für den ersten Grünkohl (oder auch Braunkohl) in diesem Jahr und der schmeckt in einem klassischen Gasthaus eigentlich am besten.Das Gasthaus Zur Linde bzw. Meyer Bierden ist auch für seine Kohlbälle berühmt, man kann aber auch einfach im kleineren Gastraum sitzen und in gemütlicher Runde essen.Wir bestellten 2x den Kohl, 1x klassisch mit Salzkartoffeln und 1x mit Bratkartoffeln.Nach kurzer Wartezeit kam das Essen, Kohl samt Kassler, Kochwurst auf einer großen Platte. Die Pinkel und Kartoffeln kamen in extra Schälchen und so konnte sich jeder nehmen, was er mochte.Es war gab mehr als reichlich und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Atmosphäre ist so wie man es in einem klassischen Gasthaus erwartet. Der Service ist sehr gut und schnell.Man kann aber auch sehr gut zu anderen Anlässen zu Meyer Bierden gehen. Man wird sicher immer gut gesättigt und zufrieden das Haus verlassen."

"Drinnen sehr angenehm, aber bei Sonne draussen zu sitzen und auf den Golfplatz zu schauen ist unschlagbar.Super sympathische Betreiberin und nettes Personal versorgen mit sehr gutem Essen zu fairen Preisen.Zu Mittag ist meist der Burger (Premium! So dass auch Amis begeistert waren), das Club Sandwich oder die Currywurst - stets begleitet von leckeren Pommes.Sehe empfehlenswert."
